What you get

Everything your doctor said, written down clearly

After your appointment, Kudu gives you a written summary of what was discussed, any medications, and what you need to do next. Plain English, not medical jargon.

You can share it with your partner, your children, or anyone who needs to know what happened. No more relying on memory or worrying you missed something important.

Send your summary to the partner who couldn't make it, or the daughter who lives three hours away and just wants to know you're okay.

Why we're building this

Two people listened. Both had doubts about what they remembered.

We'd been stressed before we even walked through the door. A toddler who needed attention. The weight of not knowing what the specialist was going to say. And underneath all of it, the question you don't say out loud: could it be something serious?

You sit down. You listen as carefully as you can. You're placing an enormous amount of trust in this person — trusting that what they tell you in twelve minutes will be enough for you to act on for weeks or months.

We walked out, got in the car, and looked at each other. "What exactly did he say?" Two people. Both paying attention. And neither of us was sure. We were already second-guessing the details, the instructions, the next steps.

That moment stayed with me. If two people paying close attention still can't be sure what the doctor said, something needs to change. Not about us — about how we're expected to just remember it all.

That's why I'm building Kudu. Because you shouldn't have to walk out of an appointment hoping you got it right.

Our design philosophy

Built for everyone

Health doesn't care about your age, your eyesight, or how comfortable you are with technology. So Kudu shouldn't either.

We design for every ability. Large, readable text. Clear contrast. Screen reader support from the ground up. No tiny buttons, no confusing menus, no assumptions about what you can or can't do.

If you can tap a single button, you can use Kudu. That's the bar we set for ourselves, and we won't compromise on it.

Common questions

Yes, and it's simpler than you'd think. A quick "Do you mind if I record this so I can remember everything?" is all it takes. Most doctors are glad their patients want to leave with a clear understanding.

Yes, completely. Your recordings and summaries belong to you and only you. Kudu will never share your information with anyone. If you choose to share a summary with family, that's your decision — we don't do it for you.

If you join the waitlist before we launch, it's free. No trial, no credit card. We want the people who sign up early to help us get it right — and we think the best way to say thank you is to not charge you for it.

Very soon. We're building it now and we'll email everyone on the waitlist the moment it's ready to use. Just one email, no spam.
